Favorite vacation spots of the Golden State Warriors

Nick Young loves family trips to Mexico, including this fun 2017 excursion to Cabo San Lucas. The dolphin meet-and-greet allowed Swaggy P to make peace with the ocean creature. While with the Lakers, Young said a “dolphin tried to kill” him. “It was my turn to ride the dolphin, and for some reason he took me all the way to the bottom so um, he was trying to drown me,” Young said. He is now “cool” with dolphins. less

Green also said he enjoys going to Aspen, although presumably that’s more of a wintertime destination.

Heckling Stephen Curry on the golf course is a very bad idea, and one loud fan had to learn this the hard way.

During a Thursday practice round on the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course leading up to the American Century Celebrity Golf Tournament, a fan heckled the two-time MVP after he hit a shot into a bunker on the 17th hole.

“Had about a 30-yard bunker shot,” Curry told reporters afterwards. “Short-sided myself, hit it to the back fringe.”

According to Curry, the fan yelled something about a “brick three” to the Warriors star, so he asked the fan walk out onto the golf course and shoot the shot out of the bunker himself.

“I heard him, I dropped my 60-degree wedge and asked for an extra ball,” Curry said. “I threw it back in the sand and told him to come out of the crowd and hit the shot. He air-mailed it probably 80 yards into the grandstands. So, it’s not as easy as it looks out there.”

Per Curry, the fan was wearing flip-flops when he walked out onto the golf course and attempted the shot.

“I commend him for trying because some guys would have backed down,” Curry said. “But he came out there in flip-flops and tried it. It was a good back and forth.”

Other celebrities participating in the tournament – which gained notoriety over the last year as the event where Donald Trump reportedly met adult film star Stormy Daniels in 2006 – include Aaron Rodgers, Tony Romo, Charles Barkley and Larry the Cable Guy.
